Pantographs / Edge-to-edge* $0.02 per square inch

We currently have a large selection of edge-to-edge pantographs available,  Additional pantographs can be purchased from 3rd party vendors and imported for computerized quilting for an additional fee.

Custom Quilting Starting at $0.35 per square inch

Basic Thread* $2.00 per bobbin after the first three bobbins

First three bobbins are included.  Additional bobbins are $2.00 per bobbin

* Our Standard thread is Superior Threads Omni 40-weight Polyester.  Specialty and variegated threads are available at additional cost

Batting $7.50 per yard (x 92" width)

We use 100% cotton batting

How to prepare your Quilt

• Remove loose threads from the front and back, and press seams flat. 

• Please make sure all four sides of your backing have straight edges.   Square the top and bottom.

• Batting should be at least 6 inches larger than the top.  Backing should be at least 10 inches larger than the top for length and 8 inches for width (5 inches for top and bottom, 4 inches per side) 

• Good backing is the foundation to a good quilt:

  1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. • Backing should be new fabric. Used fabric- especially sheets- can present an issue when quilting as the fabric is more worn and relaxed, causing excessive stretching on the frame.  There are ways to mitigate, but it makes tensioning the quilt much more difficult- especially if you have a seam

                    • Darker fabrics should be tested for colorfastness and washed with color catchers if necessary.

                    • New fabric should be ironed to press out any creases.

                    • If your backing is pieced, make sure the seam is top to bottom and pressed flat.

• Please don't pin or baste the layers together.

• If you have a top with applique, please make sure that all pieces are securely attached.

• • 1. 1. • Minimum quilting charges are $50 for edge-to-edge, and $75 for custom.

          • Pantographs in separate areas (such as borders) are charged at the custom rate. 

          • T-shirt quilts must be stabilized.

          • Additional charges may apply for the following: 

• non-standard prep work (sewing leaders, rounded edges, mending, piecing backing, etc.)

• Multiple thread colors, specialty thread, variegated thread.
